According to Rimmel…
“Long wearing metallic eyeshadow paint for an intense bold look. Scandalous colour impact!
It’s the end of dull, subtle colour with this multi-dimensional cream shadow formula
Spatula applicator delivers high intensity coverage in one simple stroke
Waterproof & crease-proof with 8-hour wear.”
Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Paint is a new long-wearing cream eyeshadow with an intense metallic finish. Scandaleyes Shadow Paint has a flattened applicator that works alright, but you’ll probably want to use a brush or your fingers to blend. Work quickly, because this really doesn’t move once it sets!
Scandaleyes Shadow Paint is available in five shades (most are neutral). I tested Slate Grey and Rich Russet:
The formula is thick but blends out easily and lasts a full eight hours without primer on me. It’s similar to CoverGirl’s new Bombshell ShineShadow (you can read my review here), but this has more of a metallic finish; the CoverGirl product is very shimmery.
Scandaleyes Shadow Paint has a pretty metallic finish and even if you have oily eyelids, you can count on it to wear for quite a while.
